Quality Assurance: Periodically, our Field Manager and Registered Nurse on staff will review service plan effectiveness and client satisfaction to make any necessary adjustments and ensure that your loved one's needs are continually monitored.

Our Helpers are Special People

Our caregivers are carefully selected and trained to assist our clients with their home care needs, as well as to engage the client and encourage them to stay physically and mentally active. We know that helping our clients maintain an independent lifestyle with dignity can boost their self-confidence and help them feel happier and healthier.

Our Personal Care Helpers are Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) and our Companionship Services Helpers are mature, professional and compassionate caregivers with impeccable references. Each of our team members maintains current CPR Basic certification and is required to successfully pass an internal competency test based on the National Association for Home Care and Hospice caregiver training standards and guidelines.

We do the Paperwork

Each of our Helpers is an employee of our company, and is bonded and insured while in our clients' homes. We take care of background and driving record checks, drug screenings, employee taxes, IRS reporting and workers' compensation coverage.
