At each visit, your caregiver will document daily activities and check off assigned tasks
that were agreed upon in your service plan. Our tasks include, but are not
limited to, assistance with bathing, assistance with grooming, assistance with
toileting, assistance with ambulation and transferring, medication reminding,
assistance with vitals, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands,
and socialization.
